8 Spruce Street, between William and Nassau Streets, and marketed as "New York by Gehry," is a 76-story residential building designed by architect Frank Gehry. A 600-student, K-8 public school, sheathed in reddish-tan brick, occupies the first five floors of the building. Above the school is a 904-unit luxury residential tower clad in stainless steel.
