30 Hudson Street, Jersey City, also known as Goldman Sachs Tower (2004), is 238 m (781 ft), 42 stories, and the tallest building in New Jersey.
Built in 1834, it originally served as the main entrance to the New York City Lunatic Asylum, which opened in 1841. This last remnant of the hospital has been incorporated into a large apartment complex.
