PRAGUE 2006: Jewish Quarter 2006

Jews have lived in Prague since 970. By the end of the 11th Century, a Jewish community had been established, and a Jewish quarter was built on the right bank of the Ultava (Moldau) River, close to the old town square. Here are some of the buildings and sites that remain in the Jewish Quarter.
